After-school Cooking Classes for Kids & Youth

Each session takes place in a private kitchen or your home, creating a personalized experience for up to five young chefs. Adult Culinary Classes

Through hands-on learning in both the kitchen and a neighborhood urban garden, students of all levels engage directly with seasonal ingredients whenever possible. The program emphasizes building awareness of local food systems and inspiring practical ways communities can support sustainable, healthy access to food for all.

Garlic, lemon, olive oil, fresh garden oregano
Roasted carrots + seasonal squash seasoned delightfully
Garlic Noodles delicious hot or cold for leftovers
Beef Lettuce Wraps
Savory lean ground beef with garlic + soy (tamari)
Served with sushi rice + lettuce cups + shredded carrots + avocado
Interactive and fun for kids, make fried rice + add easy egg the next day for 'leftovers'
