Cheesy Sweet Potato Pizza Sliders — roasted sweet potato rounds topped with melted cheese and colorful veggie toppings. A fun, gluten-free spin on pizza night!

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Muffins (with Real Pumpkin) — moist, gently spiced, and the perfect autumn treat for breakfast or dessert. (not gluten free)

Snack this week:

Apple Nachos: Apple Nachos: Crisp apple slices drizzled with creamy peanut butter and sprinkled with sweet chocolate chips and nuts for a fun, healthy treat.

The Young People’s Collective & Little Sprouts:

Seasonal Pasta: Roasted seasonal vegetables tossed with fresh handmade pasta and a light, creamy herb sauce made from scratch

Peanut Butter Cookies: Soft, chewy 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies — naturally gluten-free, perfectly sweet, and irresistibly simple

Snack for both clubs this week:

Watermelon slices with tajin seasoning + lime, string cheese, ice water

Both Clubs: (vegetarian / gluten free)

Vegetarian Dumplings (fried & steamed) -
Handmade dumplings filled with a savory mix of fresh vegetables, aromatic garlic, ginger, and mild seasonings. Enjoy them pan-fried for a golden, crispy finish or steamed for a tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture.


GF Option: Substituted with a delicate cabbage wrap, keeping all the flavor while being gluten-free.

Citrus Ginger & Avocado Asian Slaw (Veg/GF)
A refreshing mix of crisp cabbage, shredded carrots, and vibrant greens tossed in a zesty citrus-ginger dressing. Creamy avocado adds richness while a hint of sesame brings the perfect nutty finish.

Homemade Honeydew Boba Milk (Veg/GF)

Made with real, ripe honeydew melon blended into a creamy, naturally sweet milk base. Served with chewy tapioca pearls for a fun, refreshing, and fully plant-friendly treat.
